  • Return Policy

    Re-stock fee on any orders that need to be returned after they are ordered and no returns if we already have the plants on the way.



    Returns are only offered on plants that have been proven to be not hardy for our winters.  Take a picture of the plant before the first winter and if they die in spring, you will be awarded a new replacement.



    99% of plants will do well if they survive their first winter and are watered during times of drought and are given the proper soil.

  • Delivery

    Delivery costs vary based on amounts purchased and location but take into account the driving and hauling required.  If you live in the Town of St. Paul or immediately surrounding areas, contact us for an exclusive discount on delivery!



    You can select delivery as an option when you are ordering if you live within one of the postal codes that are listed.  If you are not within one of the postal codes listed, please contact us directly to see if a delivery is possible.

  • How does Pickup Work?

    Pickups are offered at our location in St. Paul, Alberta.    5618 56ave and it's a dark grey RTM house with a cedar deck. 



    Because of the nature of ordering, we will have specific dates for pickup.  We'll keep you updated on your order and you can always contact us if you have any pickup questions. 

  • Why no hardiness zones?

    At Eclipse Landscaping we stand behind our products.  We hand-pick trees that we know will survive and thrive in our northeastern Alberta region. 



    If after the first winter, a plant we provide does not prove to be hardy, we will replace that item. 99% of the time if a plant is not going to survive in our region, it will not survive the first winter or it will die back.
